Called this idiotic company for an estimate to take a family member to and from dialysis 1.7 miles one way and the person who barely spoke English informed me that the cost would be $75 one way. Ummmmm....... Not sure if they hired people who understand English; but I am no asking to be transported to another state. I'm not talking 117 miles. I am talking 1.7 miles. Not only is that crazy; it's price guaging at it's best. My mom is dialysis and unable to transport herself. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Initial pick up driver was about 15 minutes early. I was happy about that. Return trip 45 minutes late and they had another company that they work with come get me. Wasn't crazy about them being so late, but sometimes things happen. When I called in to check rise arrival they said something about power outage and trying to work off cell phones not business phone. Prices they quoted me was really great price. One place quoted $46 more and another place I sent email and left voicemail no response to either.

I was Quoted $55 for a 4 mile trip and $55 back so $110 for 8 miles!!! They are taking advantage of the handicapped. I called and when i told The guy i could Rent a wheelchair van for a week for that price he told me, “ then go ahead!” That proves right there they only care about the $$. If i could Give zero stars i would. They deserve nothing.

I called to transport my mom and the driver was late. Tried to call the company and they told me they will be there in 10 minutes. They came 40 minutes later and when we got to the doctor they cancelled my appointment because we were late. I Will not be calling them again.

Bill was our driver on April 23 to take our invalid Mother to our father’s funeral and he was on time, very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and made a hard trip very easy.
