I received an unsolicited call from this company that I have never heard of before. They claim to be associated with a company that I am doing business with and wished to conduct an interview requesting personal information that they should've already been in possession of. When I stated that I was unable to conduct this interview as I was not able to verify the authenticity of the caller, 'Jessica' wanted me to state that I did not wish to conduct the interview at all, so she could tick off some checkbox and be done. She was very arrogant on the phone. The company needs to employ people with some interpersonal skills to work for it.

This company is the WORST! They have been trying to contact me for a reference on a past employee and have woken me up at 7:30 am on both Saturday and Sunday, ruining both days of my weekend! When I tried to return the voicemail the nameless person left me, the company's recording says they are only open Mon-Fri 8:00 -5:00. I imagine they contract with people to make these calls, but they should train them NOT to call people at such ridiculous hours!

This company is not transparent with their business transactions. I received a $400 bill for services that were not fully explained to me. I was charged 20% of some unknown amount for WOTC services. I have on several occasions attempted to reach out to them explaining that I do not want this service or need it and will not use the service. They threatened to take me to court and to send me to collections if I didn't pay it. Beware if you receive a WOTC tax credit from this company as they will process it and invoice you for it years later without your approval. It's all about the money for this company. Buyer Beware!! Do not trust them.
