I reached out to them to get the septic tank serviced. I first tried through their website. After a week, I did not hear back from them so I decided to call.

When trying to schedule an appointment, I told them I could do mornings. I just needed to leave for work by noon. They said they could do 10am.

By 10:30am - no call, no show. I reached out to them and was told they were running behind and should be at my house by 11am and they could still get the job done by noon.

By 11:30am I still hadn't seen anyone and not received an updated ETA. I called and had to leave voicemail cancelling the appointment.

Someone showed up right as I was pulling out of my driveway to go to work. I kindly told the driver I had already called and needed to cancel because it was getting so late.

They might want to consider hire someone to help with answering the phone, responding to request through the website, scheduling, reaching out to clients etc.

We needed an emergency Saturday afternoon septic pump. Jason showed up quickly and did a great job. He explained to us everything about the septic system and what was needed. He even helped the plumber that was here to unclog the pipe from the house to the tank! Then, Jason politely refused the tip I offered. We'll call Vendi next time we need the tank emptied. HIGHLY recomended.

We could not find anyone to come and help us today. We had an urgent problem with our septic system that needed to be taken care of ASAP and Vendi came out and took care of it over and above!! He was kind and very knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and we are just thrilled to be back on track. Thank you Vendi we will definitely have you back for our septic needs!
