Our experience at the Van Cleef & Arpels Seibu Shibuya store was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Miyuki Noda.

Miyuki was incredibly helpful and kind, going the extra mile to help us acquire the specific bracelet my wife had been wanting. Despite English not being her first language, she made a cheerful effort to communicate with us, using a phone translator and patiently explaining everything to ensure we understood.

Her warmth and professionalism were evident from the moment we arrived. She was welcoming, greeting us both on the way in and out. What impressed us the most was her ability to assist us efficiently, even though we didn’t have an appointment and arrived close to closing time. Miyuki ensured we felt valued and never rushed.

This level of care and attention made our visit to Van Cleef & Arpels Seibu Shibuya a delightful experience. We highly recommend this store, and special thanks to Miyuki for her exceptional service!

最悪の接客！
購入した時にサイズ調整必要な場合は、要予約の説明はありませんでした。
店舗入り口前に並ばされました。
店内はTシャツ短パンサンダルの外国人だらけ…
通された部屋は、掃除の行き届いていない部屋。
スタッフの靴はヨレヨレ「世界的に人気なブランドなので予約しない客は待ってあたりまえ」との態度。流石に怒りましたよ私。
お客様の話しはブランドの自慢話を被せてきて遮る。　サイズも聞かず「1番大きくします」とのやっつけ仕事。
お客様への敬意がひとかけらも感じられませんでした。もう買いたくありません。

ディスプレイのガラスはホコリで曇っています。こんな部屋でドリンク出されても飲めるわけがありません。

日曜のお昼に予約なしで行きました。
予約ないと入れません、当日だと大体2時間くらいかかりますと言われ、情報を登録してその場で予約しましたが、15分くらいでメールで呼び出されました。
たまたまキャンセルが続いたか、わざとそのようなオペレーションをしているのかもしれません。
15分以内に着かなければ予約がキャンセルされるので気をつけてください。
店内に入った後は、今まで訪れた他のブランドの接客と比べると劣りますが、特に悪くもなく普通でした。
予約制なので落ち着いて見たり考えたりできるのがいいと思います。
入荷がないのか展示されている作品の数は多くありません。
作品を使用するのが楽しみです。

I went to the store with the intent of buying a vintage agate necklace.

I was told to make a reservation and to check back later at an unknown time. However there were not any customers in the store at the time of reservation .

The attendant seemed unprofessional during my purchase. First, he had me type in my information at the display counter while standing up near the entrance of the store. Another attendant had to tell him to let me sit down .

During the purchase I noticed a large “x” shaped scratch on one side of the pendant and I let him know if we exchange it for an undamaged product. He proceeded to take it to the back and clean it. I examined it again and the scratch was still there. He kept on taking it back to clean it more and saying the scratch was not there even though I could see it with my naked eye. It was to the point where I wanted to refund the entire necklace because of their attitude and frustration of not exchanging for a new one without a scratch.

A simple purchase took more than 1.5 hrs and gave me bad memories.

お電話の問い合わせでしたが、男性の店員さんの対応が非常に気持ち悪いです。
自分のお店が大人気だという自慢話以外、何も話さなかったです。しかも20秒でお電話切りたい雰囲気です。
100万円近くする商品を購入するつもりだったが、こんな接客でいいんですか？信じられません。

他の方も書かれているとおり、こちらから話しかけない限り
案内をしてくれない雰囲気がありました。

それでも欲しいものがあったので予約して1時間半後に入店。
ネックレスを見せてもらったのですが、
試着の際は手伝う素振りもなく自分でつけたのですが、
他の店ではそんなことなかったので少し驚きました。
自分一人でもつけられますが、
自社の商品を傷つけないためにも手伝った方がいいように思います。

そのまま悩みに悩んで購入を決意したのですが、
出口までのお見送りの際、片手で渡されました・・・
（持ち手の紐もだらんとしていてすごく雑に渡された感がすごかったです。）

４０数万円を悩んで購入するくらいなので
細客だと思ったのかもしれませんが、すごく残念な対応でした。
