This is the worst office I've ever been to. The doctor is nice, but the staff is horrible, especially the girl at the front desk. She constantly gave out incorrect information, raised her voice, and showed a bad attitude toward patients. How is this possible? So rude and unprofessional. I will never come back here, and I will let others know how terrible this office is.

Dr. Quy was super nice to me!! I am in medicine as a future physician and I really respect family medicine doctors that go into family practice to serve the Vietnamese community. Sure, she still uses paper charts and the results can be slower but she is good about delivering my lab results in a timely manner, good about scheduling appointments, and answering all of my questions. She was ordering lab tests for me, and really sympathetic that I was going through the premature ovarian failure and she talked about how much we need more psychiatrists in our Vietnamese community. She takes Cal-Optima, and that is hard to find. It's a tough thankless job with lower compensation that often doesn't receive enough recognition. Thank you so much!!

Do not waste your time going here!!! I have been here a couple times and every experience I have had with Dr. Huong was not pleasant... It took this one time for me to never step foot in this office ever again.

I only went here because my mom switched doctors on me. I came in and wanted a check up about my hives that I've been randomly getting. Dr. Huong basically told me an allergy test was going to be a waste of time. Yes, she is knowledgeable but it takes more than that to be a doctor. She showed no empathy whatsoever, she was rude, and gave me attitude. I was shocked by the service I was receiving. Another thing that really irked me... She asked me which pharmacy I wanted to go to and I said I don't know because I really didn't know which pharmacy was applicable for me to go to with medical and she said with attitude, "Well, you need to tell me." How am I supposed to tell you which pharmacy if I don't even know any myself?!?!?

I had other health concerns I wanted to ask about before I left but she cut me off so short that I left angry and disappointed. She left the room to get a paper that was printing. Minutes later, she came back and walked off saying, "Okay, you're done. Bye." What? That's it? You didn't even ask me if I had any other health problems... I really should've said something to her but at that point I didn't even want her to care for me anymore.

It really makes me wonder if she became a doctor for the right reasons. Dr. Huong genuinely does not care about you as a person. All she probably cares about is the money. After today, I am definitely switching doctors.

Dr Huong has always been great! She's quick, easy going, informative, and helps solves any issues i have and even my friend that didn't visit, but just had a question.

I’ve physically met Dr Quy once for one physical. Since then she’s met me almost immediately when I have questions and concerns virtually or by phone. Recently, I had an illness and even with the limitation to virtual visit, she gave excellent and accurate care. Recovered just fine.

The way she treats her patients is disgusting. It really makes me wonder if she became a doctor for the right reasons. Dr. Huong does not care about you as a person. All she probably cares about is the money. After today, I am definitely switching doctors.

Dr. huong and her staff are excellent comparing to the other family doctors near by . She is nice , fast and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her as your primary doctor. Its located upstairs but has an elevator if you need it .
