I really like the hotel. Staffs were very good and vo operative.. Very fastly they did there work specialy front office team. Anjali Barsha they were so good and helpful and the surroundings with classy music and the ambience was too good.. The food was nice. Overall 10 on 10

The rooms are really clean and the service is very prompt with very less delay. Food and spa was also a great experience. This place has a location advantage with a great pool side pub experience. The staff is super customer oriented. Rating this place a 5 star.

Very nice stay. Was here on a business trip for 1 night. The open air Aqua bar is the one to spend time in. The rooms were very well maintained and spacious. The assortment of food items for breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous.....

The team Member is really good. They were very co operative specially the front office team. They very fastly doing there work. I really enjoyed. My experience was really good service was up to date and the F/o team were very helpful specially barsha srajal and lalit , Satish ji and banquet team mr. Vineet sir and atul

We booked the table in advance for family lunch with elders and small kids. After arriving there, they offered us to sit on a table which is typically a snack table and sofa for drinks. When we aksed to change the table, they said they dont have space.
Also, looking at the cleanliness and hygiene and other aspects of the place, we did not want to proceed with the place further.
Staff behavior was coldest, no regret for over booking and no courtesy for anything. They wanted our elders and small kids to sit on a tea table and have buffet lunch there.
Food options were not looking nice as well.
Highly unrecommended.

The park has the worst security team ever. Went there for the Prateek Kuhad concert. The security personnel randomly took out my lipstick and blush from my bag and said they were not allowed. I told her that it's not mentioned anywhere and if it was not allowed i will keep it elsewhere. She refused and threw those near the bushes saying it's safe there. She did the same some other girls. Took their make up and told them to collect later. I could not possibly understand why makeup was not allowed. I had been to several concerts and in no concert i came across a restriction like this. After the concert, all my belongings were missing and many other girls were complaining that their stuff is gone. The security guards then said it was not their responsibility. When earlier they had said it will be safe here. Terrible experience, will never go again.
