So nice when situations in life happen in all the right ways. I was already patient of Dr. Bailey for my colonoscopies, thus it was natural when I need a gastro surgeon to repair a hernia, to call that same office. A friendly, competent person (all too often this part can be questionable with some institutions) answered my call and efficiently scheduled an appointment in less than a couple of weeks (yet again current day miraculous). Met Dr. Tran, super nice, on point and easy to talk with. A brief examination to confirm my needs, then had me meet with staff to schedule a procedure within 6 weeks, via a negotiation of his availability and my other existing medical appointments. An overall very pleasant experience, leaving with a sense of confidence that I would be on my way to recovery in relative short order.
