Our gas furnace was on its last legs and our outdoor AC unit was also needing to be replaced. Having read a lot about home electrification, we wanted to electrify our home. Spent several months researching whether it was possible to replace both gas furnace and electric AC with a single air heat pump before finding Tran. Having already interviewed a few other companies, definitely felt that Tran was by far the most knowledgeable on home electrification. They ran all the relevant tests including blower door. Ultimately, they air sealed and put new insulation in the attic as well as built a box for storage. Then, replaced both gas furnace and AC with a single heat pump. We've been super happy with the result, and the costs of operation are what they said. Most important part for me was that Tran was available to answer a zillion questions on switching to a central heat pump in an older home -- both before and during the install. I struggled to get some basic questions answered from some other places, but Tran patiently answered all. These guys know what they are doing, they are real pros. Everything related to actual installation was good as well -- courteous in our home, always cleaned up. Very strongly recommend.

Tran Energy Serviced installed additional the insulation in my attic, replaced our gas furnace to a high efficiency furnace, as well as installed a new water heater. They crews did a wonderful job at my house and I would highly recommend them. My house feels much warmer than before!

I was interested in replacing my gas furnace with a cold climate air source heat pump. Some of the "big guys" said they would do it, but clearly they didn't believe in it. They're too stuck in the past. It took me a while, but I found Tran Energy Services, and I couldn't be happier. Their focus on home electrification -- and being part of the future -- is exactly what I was looking for. My new Mitsubishi heat pump is amazing.

Next year I plan to call Dinh to have him replace my gas water heater.
