This company is a disgrace. The people assisting me on the phone were extremely nice, I understand it is not their fault but whoever is in charge of assigning transport and driving/timelines needs to be fired. My great uncle missed a very important appointment because they still had not shown up at the time his appointment was supposed to start. The time before this they made him 45 minutes late to his appointment. I don’t understand how they can do this to people who truly have no other way to get to the doctor.

Horribly undependable! Had troubles last year with them and now I am having troubles this year also. Booked two trips with them this year and both were canceled because they could not a vehicle or a driver. First time I booked a ride they told me they could not provide a vehicle 10 minutes before my appointment. Do not use this service!
Update; obviously the bad reviews have no effect on the performance of this company period
August 15th 2024 - canceled rides for a much-needed and scheduled graft procedure on my legs. Had to be done today. They canceled to and from my appointment due to no vehicle or driver available. How the hell does this company stay in business! I was never notified of the cancellation and I sat in my driveway waiting to be picked up only to look at their app, which sucks, and realized both trips were canceled. I will never never never never use this horrible company again.

My daughter had an appointment at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia back in June. Two days prior to her appointment, I received a phone call from Sherri at Modivcare saying travel costs have been approved and to contact her at the email she provided (she left no other point of contact). After multiple attempts to contact her and no response, we were forced to have to use all of our savings for a trip that should have been covered by insurance. This has put a tremendous financial strain on our household. After my daughter's hospital visit, her doctors office was finally able to figure out who this person was, and was able to get her to contact me. It turned out that she provided the incorrect email address, and left out a letter which caused multiple failed email attempts. After not hearing back for several weeks, I sent her a follow up email in which she responded with "unable to backdate pay for trip." Fortunately, I was able to provide proof that the incorrect information was provided to me, and her supervisor informed that because it was no fault of our own, they would reimburse us for expenses. After Sherri informed me she was unable to take any information electronically, I was sent a pre-addressed envelope in which I sent in all of our information for reimbursement. I once again followed up regarding this situation, and was told our mail was never received. I asked if there was any way to expedite this because it has taken months now, and Sherri responded "has to be send via postal service." Never apologizing for her mistake or taking ownership of the situation. I know there is someone who I can send this information to directly, but it feels as if I have gotten the run around over and over. I was ignored when I asked to speak with a supervisor. As someone who has worked in insurance customer service for years, this service is absolutely unacceptable. This company has went downhill since they changed from logisticare to Modivcare.

By far the worst company I've ever dealt with I called them a week ago to schedule transportation for my mother dialysis appointment well they scheduled the appointment with the wrong address I've been waiting 3 hours for them to show up with transportation and still yet have not received any transportation and they are using a company be called AA and Q transportation do not recommend them neither. They're getting paid $130 one way that's $260 for a trip they cannot even get you to on time

This company is an absolute disgrace! One ⭐️ is way too many in my opinion. My elderly mother in law was supposed to be picked up from a facility 2 days ago and she has still not been picked up. We have made several phone calls and we get the excuses that the pick up was cancelled but nobody knows who or why it was cancelled. The facility actually discharged her yesterday and she was sitting in a wheelchair for several hours awaiting her pick up. She is now at the facility waiting again for a pickup today and apparently nobody has record of her scheduled pick up again today. This is a very newsworthy story and if it is not rectified quickly and properly the news outlets will be contacted.

Late late late had to reschedule appointment and wait over an hour for return trip, I’ll let you know how next week goes smh ..: week two they just canceled my trip for in the morning 15 hour notice now this is two weeks without see my specialist!!
Please Jesus send me a car…
You guessed it they missed yesterday and just texted my ride Monday was cancelled!!
I think my ex works there lol

I've missed some very important appointments by not being picked up. I've also had some great rides. Today I had a very important appointment and was never picked up. I called to cancel and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Hopefully it gets better. Some of us really need this service. I definitely did today. Kind of depressing needing check on your health and not have a ride from a company that's just for the cause.

Waited for over an hour to be picked up with my baby. I couldn’t get through to a representative. They need to have a direct number to the driver. This is ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend.
