I do not know if any of these other reviews are authentic, but mine is & people need the truth. Firstly, they’re overpriced for the “quality” of their services. Charging upward of $300 for a 20 minute ride round trip is the epitome of absurd. Secondly, My father was expected to be picked up by 2 PM in the afternoon and the driver came at 2:50 PM. Professionalism, where? When he was picked up, they followed a route that was ridiculously inefficient which means the driver did not know the directions of the destination. On the road, there was a flat tire and the driver was hesitant and lackluster in decision-making that my father had to call the office himself to report the flat tire. They eventually sent over a second driver and by the time my father arrived, the medical office was packed and ready to go for the day. He was over an hour late. Fortunately, they were kind enough to see him after all the hardships. My father expressed his frustrations indicating this was the worst customer service experience he’d ever endured. This company is despicable and their incompetence to fulfill simple job duties was on full display. No person should be treated nor should they trust their beloved family members to hands of Med bridge transport! They honestly and truly deserve 0/5 stars.

The driver was extremely professional. He took care while loading my mother. He was kind and patient. He was an excellent driver, obeying all traffic laws. He was very compassionate, checking on my mother frequently during the drive. I appreciate his love for his job and the care he showed us during the trip. Top notch driver!!

In an unexpected loss of my father-in-law, my family had to figure out how we would be transporting my mother-in-law who is in a wheelchair to the funeral home, the cemetery, and the church. Taxi cabs have been unreliable and have had her wait up to 4 hours & metro lift doesn't go everywhere she needs to go sometimes. Today was my father-in-law's funeral and there were 3 different locations my mother-in-law needed to get to. Not only did Medbridge respond in a timely manner a few days ago when we began searching for this type of transportation, but they accepted our "finicky all-day" schedule (in having to pick up & drop off several times in different places.) This request, mind you, was on short notice & not booked in advance considering our circumstances. We cannot express enough gratitude to David & his wife who were so kind, caring, professional, & passionate in taking care of my mother-in-law's transportation needs. As it turned out, the schedule we provided them initially did not go as planned being that the service was shorter than expected and the burial was as well. Low & behold we contacted Medbridge & fortunate for us they were available and able to make accommodations twice in adjusting our pick up times. They kept communication with us informing status of pick up times. They even built a rapport with my mother-in-law and my family making us very comfortable with their work values & ethic.
We are extremely thankful as they provided outstanding customer service...truly above and beyond our expectations! I strongly recommend Medbridge Transport and look forward to using them again & again.

I cannot Thank Debra and David enough for helping me out of a very bad situation. I called Debra holding back my tears to explain United cab was a No Show for my elderly mother's very important doctors appointment. Debra quickly called David and David quickly called me. He told me he could help me out and he would be at my house in 30 minutes. David arrived 25 minutes later with a smile on his face. Truly Amazing! David was very friendly and professional. He took care of my mother as if she was his mother. David told me his wife says he drives like a old man and this is true. My mother loved it.
We arrived at 1:10 for a 1:15 appointment. Truly Amazing! When the appointment was over, David was outside waiting. Medbridge Transportation

Joey came by on time and loaded my wife into the van. He as cautious, careful and polite. He helped us find a place for drop off. He came back early to pick us up and delivered us home without a hitch. He was genuinely concerned with our situation. Our experience was very pleasant.

David has assisted me by transporting my mother to her 90th birthday party and a doctor trip. He is such a wonderful person and very helpful. He was on time each trip, drove very safely (I was driving ahead of him) and was so polite to my mother. I am glad we found Medbridge and David and will continue to use them for transporting my wheelchair bound mother. David made sure my mom was secure in the van and made her feel very comfortable.

David was so prompt on picking my son up for a Doctors appt. He was there 20 minutes earlier. Very courteous and I had no more worries about the transportation of my son. I thank you so much for making this a pleasurable experience. Folks, this is your go to guy for all transportation needs. Highly recommended!!

My personal opinion based upon my year + experiences: 4 separate times I have proof they left my mom (with slight dementia) waiting for dialysis transport over 1 to 1.5 hours. This last time they made her wait 1 1/2 hours, never called me so I could arrange with Davita, dumped her without letting me or Davita know the situation and this caused an issue with her being able to have her scheduled Dialysis. When I called to ask why I the contracted party was not alerted they lied and said they had. iPhone showed they hadn’t. Pointed it out to them and he fired my mom as a client immediately leaving her stranded and didn’t refund me the remainder of the $600/month they’d prebilled. I told him it was bad enough to strand and abandon a client but to steal their money as well? Unethical. David then emailed and refunded it with a comment that I asked for the cancellation … wow… proceed with extreme caution with your loved ones.
